Hi, I'm Melody! I am a free spirit pursuing my love of yoga in all its many forms and disciplines. I am the metro area's first Certified Buti Yoga instructor and have completed my 200hr RYT. I started the Visas to Vikas program in hopes that every individual will find their "yoga home" as well as explore the many options and styles available. Vikas means to grow or progress which is the true aim of any yoga practice, not perfection or appearances. I am always striving for growth and learning in everything I do.
